I have just realised that I must start beihng healthy again. I spend too much time on doing nothing and eathing trash, literally. Too much junk food and sweets. I need to start eating clean. So I started with a healthy meal! I made myself a banana smoothie for dinner, it's just banana and milk and also really easy to make! You just have to put a banana in your mixer and add as much milk as thick you'd like your smoothie to be. You can do it with any fruit or veggies that you like! enjoy :)
